This light industrial project was developed to provide an offering to the market to support smaller operators servicing the larger logistic businesses located in Hume and the surrounding area. The project consists of 15 individual warehouse units with mezzanines, located in two separate buildings. A robust finishes pallette was chosen to withstand the industrial use in an innovative way to provide a sophisticated presentation for the tenants.
